Description

Leveling and repairing of concrete surfaces composition, based on cement and reinforced with synthetic fibers for a layer? of 1-5 mm thickness.

PRODUCT BASE

• Gray Cement
• Quartz sand with defined granulometry;
• Contains hydrophobic agents;
• Enriched with synthetic resins as well as additives to improve the workability and strength of the product.

WHERE TO USE

• Repairs with a layer on the inner surface and outer horizontal and vertical concrete surface, corners, arrangement of broken corners in stairs, balconies, columns, holes, guttering edges, prefabricated concrete;
• Quick repairs on mortar and concrete surfaces which have defects, holes;
• Leveling and protection of new , old and damaged concrete;
• Protection of internal concrete surfaces, inside animal feed silos, sewage neutralization system, septic tanks, etc.

FEATURES

• Powder-based material: cement, quartz sand with selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special additives which, when mixed with water, provide a mixture that is easy to apply to the surface with a trowel;
• Adhesive strength and high mechanical resistance in concrete substrates;
• No vertical slip;
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications from 1-5 mm;
• It is characterized by high hydrophobicity, so it is waterproof;
• High resistance to carbonation and corrosion;
• High thermal resistance to freeze-thaw cycles;
• Has high stability and low risk of cracking.
