Description

Polystyrene products are classified according to Standard EN 13163 in two categories: Lightweight polystyrene and thermal insulation polystyrene.

PRODUCT BASE

XPS (extruded) polystyrene is a material without visible cells (it is homogeneous and with high consistency)which is produced by the process of extrusion, which enables a uniform surface in the form of compressed fiber, with a compressive strength of 200- 500 kPa and low thermal conductivity. Density varies from 28 – 45 kg / m?.

WHERE TO USE

Polystyrene EPS and XPS is used for thermal insulation, packaging, decorative shapes and molds also used for filling slats, foundations, roads and bridges. It is low density polystyrene. Widely used in soles for their relief and in foundations, giving anti-seismic properties to buildings. Using EPS and XPS significantly reduces construction costs, is easily maneuverable and easily expected.
