FIXEPOX FILL 1150

Description

FIXEPOX FILL 1150 meets the requirements set out in EN 1504-9 (“Products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures – Definitions, requirements, quality, control and conformity assessment – General principles for the use of products”), the minimum requirements of EN 1504 -5 (“concrete injection”) and minimum requirements for EN 1504-6 (“reinforcing placement of steel materials”).

WHERE TO USE

• Repairing ,reinforcement and injection into concrete structures to repair cracks caused by earthquakes, settling, impact damage;
• Structural repairs to cracked beams, pillars and floor slabs by low pressure injection;
• Sealing cracks in cementitious screeds;
• Restoration and waterproofing of cracks in reservoir, tanks and concrete canals.

FEATURES

• 2-component polyurethane resin, with low viscosity, very suitable for injection;
• Good adhesion of cracks in concrete on horizontal and vertical surfaces;
• Very good adhesive properties on concrete and iron surfaces;
• Has high resistance to pressure, bending and chemicals;
• Resistant to alkalis, frost and moisture;
• FIXEPOX FILL 1150 polymerizes without cracking and after drying is waterproof.
