Description

Boat Varnish is a neutral-colored, air-drying coating based on alkyd resin. It is recommended for new or previously painted wood on interior and exterior surfaces above the waterline.

APPLICATION
It serves as a top coat for new or previously painted wood on interior and exterior surfaces above the waterline, when you want to preserve the wood grain and the true color of the wood. Before applying the varnish, new wood must be primed using linseed oil varnish, and previously varnished wood must be sanded. It can be applied by brush or sprayed. It is recommended to apply several thin coats with a time interval between two coats of at least 16 hours, and no more than 14 days. If the time interval is longer than this, the coating surface should be lightly sanded using sandpaper to ensure better adhesion for the next coat.
