APPLICATION
Serves as an anti-corrosive primer for all types of metallic structures and equipment for industry and other metal equipment that are partially or permanently exposed to weathering under normal circumstances. A well prepared metal surface (rust, grease and moisture removed) is applied with a brush, roller, spray or dip in two layers, with an interval of at least 16 hrs. As a finishing coat may used: Kemolux Enamel Varnish, Hardlux Metal effect varnish and Hardlux Professional varnish. For quality protection it is recommended that the primer be applied in two coats to get a dry film thickness of 60 micrometers. The second layer is applied at least 16 hours after applying the first layer. The coating is touch-dry after 3-4 hrs at 20 ?C with 65% relative humidity and good ventilation. It is completely dry after 24 hours.
