What is thermal insulation?
The complete renovation or construction of buildings due to the new requirements that they are energy efficient, ecological, gentle and built with stable materials and technologies. Our system offers you insulation for your buildings, improves the quality of life and contributes directly to saving energy and reducing emissions of gases in the atmosphere.
How it works:
First: remove all parts of volatile and clean the surface.
• Place TERMOFIX adhesive on the insulation boards along the edge in an unbroken line and between the plates further in 4–6 places, with dots or strips and so on the substrate next to each other, to improve the substrate adhesion as needed before time should be filled with dispersion polymer FIXACRYL, FIXGRUND S, FIXAGRUND A, FIXAGRUND DEEP, diluted with water.
• Depending on the area and requirements of the building, i.e weight of insulation boards, we make further anchoring at the corners and center with 6–8 anchors per m2, all corners and edges across windows and doors we reinforce them with corner elements of separate, while the corners of windows and doors even further with stripes from glass mesh.
• As a base layer of tiles apply TERMOFIX adhesive, in which we compressed the glass mesh for reinforcement.
• After 2-3 days we apply the second layer of the adhesive and wait for it to dry.
• After refining the adhesive surface is time to set the final layer. Before that, is recommended to place a layer of Ecofix – universal primer.
• The final layer is Dekofix Akryl or Silikon, a thin-layer plaster based on acrylic binders. Used for the decorative processing of facades. It has a characteristic, full(smooth) or scratched structure.
